the living room...for now... Post #3

This is the only new window in the house, and the only one low enough for Conner and Jack to see out of. The brown display cabinet on the wall is coming out along with the entire wall. The plan is to make it one big room that will be a dining/living room. There is not enough room in the kitchen for our kitchen table. The little jog in the right corner has a brick chimney behind it and a cold air return.

The stairs were blocked in by the bank because there were no rails on them and they were trying to make them safe. Jeff says the room will seem a lot bigger once we go rid of the cow stall.
